Thoughts!!

We can define our thoughts in two ways one in positive and second is negative, our whole live depends on our thoughts. If you can change your thoughts you can change the world, we are shaped by our thoughts we become what we think. We can also say that thoughts are the shadow of our feeling.
Sometimes it’s really good to being alone and actually sitting with your own thoughts it realize you what you are , what’s your feeling, emotions, goals and values.

Never forget we are what our thoughts have made us, so take care about what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live, they travel far.

With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.
Life is one big road with lots of signs. So when you riding through the ruts, don't complicate your mind. Flee from hate, mischief and jealousy. Don't bury your thoughts, put your vision to reality. 


Positive Thoughts!!

Positive thoughts can let you focus on the brighter side of life. A positive person can enjoy happiness and success since he believes that he can easily overcome all the obstacles and difficulties that come his way. Not all people generally agree with positive thinking. In fact, some people consider it as a nonsense. However, there are a number of people who believe in its effectiveness. If you want to use this in your life then you must practice the attitude of positive thinking in everything that you do.

It’s important that what thoughts you are feeding into your mind because your thoughts create your belief and experiences. You have positive thoughts and you have negative ones too. Nurture your mind with positive thoughts: kindness, empathy, compassion, peace, love, joy, humility, generosity, etc. The more you feed your mind with positive thoughts, the more you can attract great things into your life.

  • Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any one thing.

Learn from the past by looking forward to the future with positive thoughts.
Thinking positively does not mean that you have not committed any mistakes. Think carefully about the things that you did wrong so that you can avoid them in the future.

  • One small positive thought in the morning can change the entire outcome of your day


Regardless of how bad things are, always be grateful for all the good ones that happened in your life.
Having a positive attitude can bring happiness into your life.
Use positive words when talking to other people.

  • Instead of thinking about what you’re missing, try thinking about what you have…

Try to substitute your negative thoughts with positive ones so that you can enjoy positive outcomes.

  • Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will.

Having positive thoughts can reduce the amount of stress in your life.

  • Wake up every morning with the thought that something wonderful is about to happen.

Negative Thoughts!!

We are addicted to our thoughts. We cannot change anything if we cannot change our thinking. In a Closed room, your imagination becomes the universe, and the rest of the world is missing out. Sometimes we have thoughts that even we don’t understand. 

Things don't just fall into place because you have a dream. You're always going to have those negative thoughts. Our minds love to play with us - we're going to be our own worst critics - but I just say to myself, 'File it back.' I just try to bring any negative thoughts to light and deal with them, so I can file them away.
When you notice that negative thoughts or images are starting to enter your mind, try actually say “stop!” to yourself. If you’re alone, you can try saying this out loud, but it can also be very effective when just said in your head.
I hope that others can turn their negative thoughts into positive thoughts and improve their own lives.
